Plendil comes in the form of tablets. There are different variants of this drug depending on the strengths. The medication of 2.5mg comes in round convex in shape and sage green in color. A code 450 is inscribed on one side of the tablet and another side is inscribed as Plendil in capital letters. 5mg Plendil tablets are light red-brown in color and are round-convex in shape. The code inscribed in these tablets is 451 and Plendil on the other side. 10mg tablets are red-brown and round convex. Code inscribed is 452 and Plendil on other side. All the tablets are supplied with bottles of 100 tablets. These tablets should be stored in a temperature below 86 degree Fahrenheit (30oC). The tablets should be protected from sunlight and should be stored in a tightly closed container. The dosage should not be doubled in any case. If you have missed any dosage take it as soon as possible. If the time of next dosage has come closer skip the missed dosage and continue the next dosage. But remember this can be dangerous for you if you do this frequently. Grapefruit juice and grapefruit should be avoided during the medication. It may cause drug interaction with the fruit.
